We’re rolling out new features to sharpen your tools and enhance your development journey.

🪝 8 multichannel webhooks available

2 main updates to webhooks:

Webhooks are now on a dedicated page accessible via the header menu. 

Webhooks are now multichannel for Email and SMS. An email domain isn’t mandatory anymore to create or edit a webhook.

As a reminder, we have 8 webhooks available : 

• Email sent
• Email delivered
• Soft bounce
• Hard bounce
• Spam complaints
• List-unsubscribe
• SMS sent
• Stop SMS

⚙️ SMS: create templates easily

A brand new feature allows you to create and manage SMS templates directly in Sweego.

Now, you can easily:

• see the number of characters left and the number of SMS segments used,
• name your templates,
• add a sender ID,
• enter the content of your message,
• preview your SMS.

Our URL shortener helps minimize character usage, ensuring your messages are concise. Additionally, you can send test messages and copy the template ID with just a click. 

📆 Email expiration date

Set an expiration date for your emails directly through Sweego.

Although it’s a small step, it contributes to a greener digital environment. This feature is perfect for marketing, promotional, and transactional emails that have a limited lifespan—such as flash sales, seasonal promotions, or order confirmations.
